- DESCRIPTION
-
A cryogenic cold trap is a device that uses a 77 K cryocooler as its cooling source to achieve vacuum by condensing water vapor in a vacuum system or within pipelines. This product is available in two series: a pipeline‑type cryogenic cold trap and an integrated‑type cryogenic cold trap.
A pipeline-type ultra-low-temperature cold trap is used in combination with a molecular pump. By employing a cryocooler to generate temperatures below 77 K, it efficiently adsorbs water vapor from the vacuum system, thereby addressing the challenge of molecular pumps struggling to pump water vapor.
The company’s current product lineup primarily includes the following standard models: DWB200, DWB250, DWB300, and IWG200CF.Main Parameter Standards

On-site Design of Steam Pumping Speed
In the on-site design, the steam pumping speed is directly proportional to the upstream area of the cryopump, with a proportionality factor of 14.9 s·cm⁻¹. 2 For example, a 200 mm cryopump can achieve a pumping speed of 4,678 L/s, and custom‑made cryopumps can be used in any vacuum chamber.
